Distribution is a chain, and the damage happens where links are kept in different places. A purchase order lives in email, the goods receipt on paper, the invoice in a spreadsheet, and the ledger in the accountant's own file. By the time they are reconciled the month is over. Ameen keeps the whole chain in one system, each document derived from the one before it.
From order to bill, without re-entry
A purchase order becomes a goods receipt and then a supplier bill without anyone retyping quantities. On the sales side a quotation becomes an order, a delivery, and an invoice the same way. Every step posts stock and ledger together, so the cost of goods and the stock valuation move when the goods do.
Warehouses and movement history
Stock is tracked per warehouse with a complete movement history, so a discrepancy in one location can be traced to its document rather than absorbed into a single company-wide figure.
What it does not do
There is no route planning, no vehicle or delivery scheduling, no barcode scanning, and no demand forecasting. Ameen records what was ordered, received, shipped, and owed. Planning the van's day is not something it tries to do.
