Terms of Service

Ameen is a hosted bilingual ERP for small and medium businesses, operated by Ahmad Abu Rabee. By creating an account or using the workspace you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

The service

Ameen covers sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, payroll, and reporting, in Arabic and English. Each organisation's records are isolated from every other organisation at the database level. Features are provided as they exist at the time you use them, and we may add, change, or remove functionality.

Accounts and access

We create your organisation and its first owner account. The owner invites colleagues and assigns their roles. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for what happens under your accounts, and for removing people who should no longer have access. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

Subscription and payment

There is one all-inclusive plan covering every module, with no usage limits. Payment is by bank transfer; there is no card checkout, no automatic renewal, and no trial that converts into a charge. Once we confirm a transfer we set an access-until date for your organisation, and we send reminders 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before it.

When that date passes the workspace becomes read-only. You can still sign in, read everything, and export it; you cannot create or change records. Setting a new access-until date restores full access immediately. We never delete your data because a subscription lapsed.

Your data is yours

Your business records remain yours. We process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. You can export them at any time from the workspace, including while it is read-only. We claim no ownership of what you enter, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully, or to store data you have no right to process
• attempt to reach another organisation's data
• probe, scan, or test the security of the service without our written permission
• interfere with its operation or place a deliberately unreasonable load on it
• resell or sublicense access without our agreement

Availability

Ameen runs on a single server and is backed up regularly. We work to keep it available, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level, and maintenance or hardware failure may cause downtime. If you need a formal availability commitment before relying on Ameen for time-critical work, contact us first.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if the law requires it, or if the way the service is being used puts other customers at risk. Where circumstances allow we will warn you first.

You may stop using Ameen at any time and ask us to delete your organisation. After a confirmed deletion request we keep the data for 30 days, so an accidental request can be undone, and then remove it. Copies may persist in backups until those backups are rotated out.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data beyond our obligation to keep backups. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ameen is software, not professional advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting your own tax, accounting, and employment obligations.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell organisation owners about material changes, in the workspace or by email, before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
