ERP for professional services firms
For consultancies, agencies, and offices that sell time rather than goods: bilingual invoicing, clean double-entry books, and payroll.
A services firm has a simpler shape than a warehouse and a harder problem: almost all of the cost is people, and almost all of the revenue is invoices that need to look right to a client who is also a finance department. Ameen covers that shape without asking you to carry inventory features you will never open.
Invoices a client's accountant accepts
Each client carries a tax number, tax is applied per line, and the PDF prints in Arabic and English with totals that show their own arithmetic. Recurring clients become contacts you invoice again rather than rows you retype.
Books and payroll together
Double-entry accounting, a chart of accounts, and balanced journals sit alongside employees, attendance, and monthly salary runs, so the largest cost in the business posts to the ledger as it is paid.
What it does not do
There is no timesheet, no billable-hours tracking, no project profitability, and no retainer or milestone automation. Ameen does not measure how long work took. You decide what to invoice; Ameen records and posts it.
