ERP for retail shops
For shops whose stock count stopped matching the shelf. Ameen keeps the till, inventory, and the ledger moving together, in Arabic and English.
Retail breaks at the stock count. The shelf says eleven, the spreadsheet says fourteen, and nobody can say which sale or which delivery caused the gap because the two records were never joined. In Ameen a sale moves stock and posts a journal in the same transaction, so there is no window in which one is true and the other is not.
Stock you can trace
Every movement is kept with its reason: a delivery out, a goods receipt in, a transfer between branches, a correction. When the count is wrong you can read backwards to the document that made it wrong, instead of guessing. Multiple warehouses mean a back store and a shop floor can be separate places rather than one number.
Selling in two languages
Customers with Arabic names, suppliers with Latin SKUs, prices in Arabic-Indic or Western digits: all of that lands on one invoice without the layout falling apart, because direction is resolved on the server rather than flipped in the browser.
A till at the counter
The till runs in the browser on a tablet or a desktop. The cashier scans with an ordinary USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner, or taps a quick key, takes cash, card, or both, and prints an 80 mm receipt. Each sale is an ordinary invoice, so it moves stock and posts its journal like any other. Shifts open with a float and close with a blind cash count, and the difference is posted. Returns are made from the receipt's barcode. Discounts beyond the till's limit, sales left on a customer's account, and returns need a supervisor's PIN. If the connection drops, the till keeps selling and sends each sale once it is back.
What it does not do
The till does not talk to card terminals: the cashier keys the card amount, and the terminal's settlement is checked against the shift report. It does not drive a cash drawer or a customer display itself; a drawer opens through the receipt printer's driver. Receipts do not yet carry e-invoicing QR codes for JoFotara or ZATCA. There is no loyalty scheme or gift card.
