Most software a Saudi business can buy was designed in English and translated afterwards. The Arabic arrives as a stylesheet flip, and the seams show the moment an invoice mixes an Arabic customer name with a Latin SKU and a Western-digit total. Ameen renders language and direction on the server, so the Arabic is the real layout rather than a mirrored afterthought.
The riyal, and Riyadh time
Set your organization to SAR and Asia/Riyadh and every document, report, and salary run uses them. Amounts are held as exact integers rather than floating-point decimals, so a ledger that balances on screen still balances after a year of rounding. You can read numbers in Arabic-Indic or Western digits, and switch without touching the stored data.
VAT on your invoices
Saudi Arabia applies VAT at 15% as of September 2026. Ameen carries a tax number on each customer and supplier, applies tax per invoice line rather than as a single figure at the bottom, and prints both on the PDF alongside the Arabic and English totals. Your accountant gets a document that shows its own arithmetic.
What Ameen does not do
Ameen does not connect to ZATCA. It does not clear or report e-invoices through Fatoora, it does not file returns, and it is not a certified e-invoicing solution. It prepares and records the documents; submitting them to the authority stays with you or your accountant. If clearance integration is what you need, Ameen is not yet the right tool, and we would rather say so here than after you have paid.
