ERP for businesses in Jordan

Ameen is built and operated from Jordan, and runs Jordanian businesses end to end: sales, purchasing, stock, double-entry books, and monthly salary runs.

Ameen is operated from Jordan, which is the market it was tested against first. The dinar's three decimal places, Arabic as the working language rather than the translated one, and the habit of paying for software by bank transfer instead of by card are all defaults here rather than accommodations.

The dinar, and Amman time

JOD and Asia/Amman are the defaults for a new organization. Amounts are stored as exact integers in fils, so a year of invoices does not pull the trial balance off by a few piastres, and dates can be shown in both Gregorian and Hijri calendars where your team prefers it.

Sales tax on your invoices

Jordan applies a general sales tax, 16% on most goods and services as of September 2026, with reduced and zero rates on others. Ameen applies tax per invoice line rather than as one figure at the bottom, so an invoice that mixes rates reports each correctly, and carries the customer's tax number onto the printed document.

What Ameen does not do

Ameen does not connect to the Income and Sales Tax Department and does not file returns on your behalf. It records, posts, and exports. Your accountant gets clean CSVs and balanced journals rather than a shoebox.

Common questions

Is Ameen a Jordanian product?
Yes. It is built and operated from Jordan by Ahmad Abu Rabee, and billing is in Jordanian dinars by bank transfer.
Does Ameen handle Jordanian sales tax?
It applies tax per invoice line at whatever rate you set and prints tax numbers on invoices. It does not file returns with the Income and Sales Tax Department.
Can I see dates in the Hijri calendar?
Yes. Workspace date formatting supports Hijri alongside Gregorian, and numerals can be shown in Arabic-Indic or Western digits.
What does Ameen cost?
20 JOD a month, or 200 JOD a year which saves two months. Every module is included and there is no per-user charge.
